MyProgress for Pharmacy
MyProgress is a configurable ePortfolio used by universities to support pharmacy programmes, enabling students to gather evidence, log placement and supervised practice hours, and demonstrate competence against GPhC, APC or your own framework — from first year through to the foundation or intern year.
OFFLINE
The MyProgress app works without internet, allowing student pharmacists and practice supervisors to record assessments in community pharmacies, hospital wards and GP practices, then automatically syncs once back online.
EVIDENCE
Students gather evidence of learning and feedback, reflect on their progress, and map completed assessments directly against your competency framework: GPhC learning outcomes, the National Competency Standards Framework for Pharmacists in Australia, or your own.
TRACK PROGRESS
At-a-glance insights into cohort performance across the MPharm. Identify students with evidence gaps early, intervene with targeted support where needed, and track trends year on year.
LOG HOURS
The user-friendly design makes it simple for students to log experiential learning, placement and supervised practice hours, with reporting built for regulated hours requirements including the intern year.
REPORTING
Generate customisable, detailed reports for accreditation and reaccreditation, whether you are evidencing GPhC standards in the UK or preparing for the APC's 2027 Accreditation Standards in Australia and New Zealand.
ASSESSORS
Practice supervisors self-register for an account rather than waiting on university IT, and can leave feedback in the heat of the moment using speech-to-text, essential when your assessors are spread across a long tail of practice settings.
Configured to your programme
No two pharmacy programmes assess alike. Some run a showcase-led portfolio with assessment handled locally; others run full workplace-based assessment with progressive sign-off, and the standards behind them differ again between countries and regulators.
MyProgress is configured to your programme rather than supplied as a fixed template:
-
Assessment forms, rating scales and competency frameworks built to your design
-
Mapping to your regulator's outcomes, or your own framework, at the granularity your assessment strategy requires
-
Reconfiguration as your placement provision and assessment model change
-
Multi-campus and multi-site cohorts managed within a single instance
-
SSO, API and LMS integration, GDPR compliance and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility

“Students have expressed appreciation for the fact that their assessment feedback is all in one place and they cannot lose it, as they could have lost their paper books. Administrative staff comment “It’s fantastic. It’s much better than the books. All we need to do is log in, type in the student’s name, and we can see how they’re doing.”
