In 2010, the University of Leeds first issued iPhones to all fourth and fifth year medical students, giving them access to assessments and progress files for collecting evidence of their capabilities using MyKnowledgeMap's ReallyManaging Assessments platform (now known as Myprogress™).
NSARE—the National Skills Academy for Railway Engineering—was set up by the railway industry to help tackle current and future skills needs within the railway engineering sector. MyKnowledgeMap developed the national Skills Backbone system for the industry to underpin improvements in training provision, and establish a national competency database.
MyKnowledgeMap today released version 4 of Myprogress, with a powerful new analytics module and support for cloud storage. The new name for the application - which was formerly known as ReallyManaging® Assessment - reflects the key role it plays in helping learners from all disciplines to progress and develop.
Great work by Dr Heidi Probst at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK, who is using Myprogress in a different way from the usual medical and Allied Health Professional student assessments. Follow the link to learn more…
