Careers at MyKnowledgeMap

Technical Support Engineer

MyKnowledgeMap is one of the UK’s longest established learning technology companies. We regularly win awards for innovation and continue to drive development of our products in new exciting areas. Our customers are mainly university medical and nursing schools and related healthcare organisations in the UK, Australia, USA, Singapore and other countries – and we are experiencing significant growth across all our target markets.

We are now looking for talented and ambitious developers to be part of a growing team responsible for developing and supporting MyKnowledgeMap’s award winning products.

The Agile team uses technologies like .Net Core, ReactJS, Flutter, Azure, SqlServer and CosmosDB. We want to hear from anybody who has experience with at least some of these technologies, wants to learn and grow and is up for a challenge. Work is varied and fast paced, with mainly greenfield development.

Based in the centre of York, we can offer benefits that many employers do not – such as remote working, flexibility, possibility of part-time, opportunity to cross train and a friendly, relaxed team. It would be ideal for someone who wants to have more influence in tech and architecture decisions, to pick up new skills and to move their career on to the next stage. You must be focussed on quality and have great attention to detail.

We can offer 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), a contributory pension scheme and training. Pay is competitive and commensurate on experience and talent.
