The University of Exeter Medical School (UEMS) is a new medical school, formerly a part of the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry. In 2012 the school expanded independently to build on their success. As a development of this independence, the school has recently contracted to use the Myprogress application to assess all of their medical students when they are away on placements, but also for use in the university setting. The application will be used by the students to respond to assessments and forms, and by assessors to review students. Tutors can then track the students’ progress and assess their skills.
