In Action

Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

ReallyManaging Capability is being used by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to allow individuals and organisations to benchmark themselves against their HR Profession Map.

Members of the CIPD can access My HR Map, a version of the software, on the CIPD website. It allows them to take a range of assessments against a complete competency suite for HR professionals. At the end, they get a set of printable and downloadable reports, and a set of personalised recommendations for further reading.

Carnegie Leaders in Learning Partnership

Carnegie Leaders in Learning (CLiL) is a centre of excellence for leadership in the children and young people's workforce formed by a partnership between Leeds Metropolitan University and CCDU Ltd.

CLiL have been using Capability Matrix to power their Leadership Explorer diagnostic tool which is being used to carry out 360° assessments against their Leadership development framework.
