Net Audit
Net
Audit is a business support tool for the management and audit
of programmes and projects of all sizes. Net
Audit's 'open' design structure means that it can be used
as a means of assessing anything against a particular best practice
model. It supports peer reviews, external assessments and
self-assessments within the project audit process.
The Net Audit process is very flexible and can be adapted to
provide best fit to any project management approach
or methodology and this flexibility means that it can be
easily amended if the organisation changes its approach. Net
Audit's rigorous evidence-based audit approach will stand up to
scrutiny by an outside regulatory body (eg. Financial Services
Authority or the Audit Commission).
Net Audit includes a built-in help facility which
allows help and guidance to be included on how to improve the
current level of performance against each of the different criteria
in the best practice model. Examples of best practice can also be
included as can the names of individuals or organisations who can
be contacted to provide further coaching/support.
The simple navigation, backed up by the comprehensive user
guide, means that organisations can implement the Net Audit process
quickly after the brief initial training has taken place.
