09 March 2007 - MyKnowledgeMap launch new learning academy for stress management consultancy ABChoices

MyKnowledgeMap have launched a new online learning academy to help reduce stress and improve health, wellbeing and performance for individuals and organisations throughout the UK.

The academy has been developed on behalf of ABChoices (Activating Better Choices), a consultancy at the forefront of stress awareness and stress management training. ABChoices supply a range of products from recognised and fully qualified trainers to help maximise the potential effectiveness of people on an individual and corporate level, and for this reason, work closely with Dr Rosemary Anderson, the leading subject expert for MyKnowledgeMap’s “It Can Happen to Anyone” stress management course.

ABChoices were greatly impressed with our “It Can Happen to Anyone” course and keen to use the material to offer a stress management product of their own. Owing to our relationship with Rosemary and our knowledge of stress management coupled with our specialist expertise in academy infrastructures, MyKnowledgeMap were well equipped to provide them with their own innovative stress management academy.

Work on the project, which has seen the development of a learning academy similar to MyKnowledgeMap’s stress management academy, is now complete. ABChoices will be able to provide users with their own usernames and password to log into the system and access our interactive and engaging stress management and wellbeing e-learning, activities and helpful tips and suggestions.

The academy, hosted by MyKnowledgeMap, looks set to bring a real boost to the individuals and organisations who look to ABChoices to help them to increase their individual performance, corporate efficiency and reduce their absenteeism.
