15 July 2006 - Keystrokes launch national Fiz-Assist service for IT skills diagnostic based on MKM's popular skills diagnostic technology

Keystrokes specialise in business-specific bespoke systems, capability alignment, e-learning and blended learning. Since the company was founded in 1993, Keystrokes has provided solutions for a wide range of customers across a variety of different industries, including large corporate, public sector and local government clients.

Fiz-assist is Keystrokes’ web-based skills gap analysis tool based on the popular skills diagnostic technology MyKnowledgeMap uses. The tool has been designed to enable organisations to:

  • Define the target skills that users really need to be effective in their jobs
  • Assess the skills that users already have
  • View the skills users have and see where their gaps are
  • View suggested learning solutions and plan users’ further development

Fiz-assist provides a structured approach to meeting organisational IT training needs, pinpointing the gaps between the IT skills needed for a job and a user’s actual skills. It defines target skills profiles, provides clear benchmarking and ensures that training budgets are targeted in the right place.
