20 February 2006 - MKM achieves 'Investors in People' status

As an innovative e-Learning company MyKnowledgeMap is already committed to new ways of learning and development. So investing in our own people has always been a vital part of our project.

In December 2005 MKM was awarded 'Investors in People' (IIP) status. This affirms and acknowledges the company’s commitment to the IIP Standard, recognising people as an organisation’s greatest asset.

As part of the assessment process, MKM was able to demonstrate that it had effective strategies in place for staff learning & development, leadership & management and recognition & reward, amongst others.

The company is pleased to have gained this status, which reflects values that MKM has always held as so important. But we won’t be sitting on our laurels, because we know that our future success depends upon our team, and our team’s well-being.
