135,000 members.
ReallyManaging Capability has been used to drive three
assessment systems for CIPD for developing people's career plans
and personal development objectives. The first tool allows an
entire organisation or company to assess itself against CIPD's HR
Profession Map whilst the second enables individual CIPD members to
explore the HR Profession Map and assess themselves against it. The
third tool is used as part of the CIPD membership application
process.
