Quality has always been one of MyKnowledgeMap's main points of focus.  We believe that quality of design makes a fundamental difference to our products and services.  However, we have also always maintained that the processes behind the design are also of the utmost importance and we see this achievement as recognition for our efforts in this regard.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation's internal Quality Management. 'Quality' refers to the features of a product or service which are required by the customer. International standards promote international trade by providing one consistent set of requirements recognised around the world.
