LEAP Project

LEAP Project

Client

LEAP is a partnership project financed by the European Social Fund and aims to:

  • Identify staff skills gaps in the workplace, offering free accredited Level 3 qualifications to staff in private and voluntary health sector organisations employing fewer than 250 people.
  • Help unemployed individuals with free "employability skills" training and progression into employment opportunities.
  • Promote membership of the North Central London Care Consortium (NCLCC).
  • Strengthen practical and strategic links between the Health and Social Care sectors.

As part of the LEAP Project, a Diabetes Diagnostic Tool was created that supports improvements in the care of people with diabetes within the community.

The on-line diagnostic enables us to rapidly create a profile of the skill levels across all staff groups in any area and manage workforce development in an efficient way. When completing the diagnostic you will have the opportunity to link into interactive information and education.
